While we make every effort to ensure our products are tested, certified, and safe when used as intended, we cannot guarantee flawless performance under all conditions.

By purchasing or using any LuxeLight product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Product Use & Safety

  • LuxeLight products are designed for personal lighting during activities such as walking, running, DIY tasks, and outdoor use.

  • Do not use our lights as a substitute for certified industrial or professional safety equipment unless expressly approved for that purpose.

  • Always ensure the product is securely fitted and used in accordance with the provided instructions.

  • Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the device yourself. Doing so may cause injury, void your warranty, and remove any applicable safety certifications.

  • Avoid shining the light directly into the eyes of humans or animals.

3. Battery & Charging Safety

  • Only charge using the supplied USB-C cable or a compatible cable that meets standard safety regulations.

  • Do not overcharge, expose to water while charging, or use near open flames or high temperatures.

  • Stop using and charging immediately if you notice swelling, leakage, unusual heat, or smell from the battery.

  • If the device feels warm or hot after prolonged use, stop using it immediately and allow it to cool down fully before using again.

  • Do not use the device while it is charging.

  • Dispose of the battery responsibly in accordance with local recycling regulations.

4. Environmental Conditions

  • ⚠️ Do not submerge the product in water.

  • LuxeLight products are water-resistant, not waterproof.
    This means they can handle light rain, splashes, or brief exposure to moisture, but they should never be submerged or used underwater.

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain, snow, or standing water.

  • Extreme temperatures or moisture may affect performance and battery life.

5. Compliance & Certification

  • LuxeLight products are manufactured in accordance with relevant UK and EU safety standards, including CE and RoHS compliance where applicable.

  • Products should only be used with compatible accessories and chargers supplied or recommended by LuxeLight.

  • Any modification or use of non-approved parts voids all warranties and certifications.

6. Storage & Maintenance

  • Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

  • Do not store the product while wet or damp.

  • Recharge the device at least once every 3 months to maintain optimal battery health.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxeLight, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including (but not limited to) injury, property damage, data loss, or loss of profits.
You assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of the product for your intended use.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

LuxeLight disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. User Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Use LuxeLight products in a safe, responsible manner.

  • Follow all safety warnings and care instructions.

  • Ensure that the product is stored away from children when not in use.

  • Avoid using the product in situations where lighting failure could cause harm or danger (e.g., industrial worksites, vehicle use, climbing, or emergency rescues).

11. Warranty & Returns

Returned products are inspected to verify the cause of any reported issue.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or liquid exposure is not covered under warranty.
